Service

ParcelDuty EUR3 Reconciler provides a read-only Shopify workflow to help merchants estimate EU low-value parcel duty exposure, identify missing customs data, reconcile uploaded invoice CSV rows, and export operational evidence. The app does not provide legal, customs, tax, logistics, brokerage, IOSS, OSS, or accounting advice.

Merchant Responsibility

Merchants are responsible for reviewing results, confirming invoice and customs treatment, checking tax and logistics positions with qualified advisors, and deciding whether to adjust accruals, claims, refunds, or customer charges.

Estimates

All figures generated by the app are operational estimates based on Shopify data and merchant-uploaded invoice CSV rows. Merchants should reconcile exports against actual invoices, landed-cost settings, currencies, HS codes, country-of-origin records, and advisor guidance before relying on them.

Billing

App subscription billing is handled through Shopify Billing. Trial, subscription, cancellation, and charge details are shown by Shopify before a merchant approves a plan.

Availability

We aim to keep the app available and useful, but the service may change as Shopify APIs, customs data, carrier invoice formats, and app requirements evolve.
