Overview

ParcelDuty EUR3 Reconciler is operated by Radom UG. The app helps Shopify merchants audit EU low-value parcel duty exposure, product customs-data readiness, and invoice variance. The app is read-only and does not change orders, fulfillments, products, customers, checkout, markets, tax settings, or store configuration.

Data We Process

The app processes the shop domain, Shopify OAuth/session information, order totals, line-item customs data, product customs fields, fulfillment tracking numbers, destination/origin fields available through approved read scopes, merchant-uploaded invoice CSV rows for the active reconciliation run, generated report rows, export activity, and Shopify billing status.

How We Use Data

We use this data to authenticate the merchant, estimate EUR3 exposure, flag missing HS code and country-of-origin data, match invoice rows to Shopify tracking or order references, generate CSV exports, operate billing through Shopify, prevent abuse, and respond to support requests.

Storage and Retention

Shopify session data is stored securely for app authentication. Uploaded invoice CSV contents are processed for the current reconciliation run and are not used to write back to Shopify. We retain operational data only as long as needed to provide and support the app, unless a longer period is required by law.

Sharing

We do not sell merchant data. We use Shopify APIs and infrastructure providers needed to host and operate the app. App subscription billing is handled through Shopify Billing.

Merchant Choices

Merchants can uninstall the app from Shopify Admin at any time. To ask about data access, correction, or deletion, contact support@konverter-pro.de.
